Leythers MBXIII vs GB Legends

Leigh MBXIII can now confirm that the MBXIII will play a GB legends side prior to the Centurions home game v Whitehaven on the 17th August kicking off at 12-30 pm.

The legends side will be led by Gary Schofield and among others will consist of other great names of our game such as Gary Connoly, Sonny Nickle, Paul Newlove, Chris Joynt, Tommy Martyn, Graham Steadman, Lee Jackson and Jason Critchley. The event will be in aid of a local charity still to be decided. Leigh MBXIII would like to thank Allan Rowley and the club for helping make this game possible. In the next few weeks we will be starting to organise events to raise as much money as possible for our chosen charity, if anyone has any ideas on this please feel free to contact Johnny at Leigh with any suggestions.

Update - the chosen charities are The Mary Sheridan Centre and ADDIS (Attention Defecit Dissorder)
